Dear All,
On the eve of Round #4 of chemo, I am as ready for tomorrow as I will ever be. I have fed my body well, I have exercised on a long walk, and I have conjured up that fighting spirit to take the upcoming medicine with both hands and a salute to healing. But admittedly, what has been the best mental and emotional preparation has been my wonderful James, who has given me smiles and kisses and so many reasons to laugh out loud today. I have attached a couple of those moments: his splish splashing in the bath when Gran gave him the surprise of three rubber duckies, and his savoury introduction to spinach (he just LOVES food)! He is such a joy. Good night and love and hugs to you all.
