This is a picture of Chris and Martha Christiansen, his homeroom teacher for many years, and also his high school math teacher. It was a love/hate relationship, but as you can see, it was mostly love. One day, Martha gave out a written assignment asking the following question: "If you were placed on a deserted island, who would you take with you?"
Christopher, not one to sit still long enough to write tomes, succinctly penned -
I would take you, Mrs. Christiansen, because you are fat, and when I got hungry, I could roast you and eat you one bite at a time".
He got an "A" for honesty and creativity. God Bless, Martha!
